How does a multivendor marketplace work?
When you purchase a product, you are buying directly from an independent vendor. Swayur Business facilitates the transaction, payment, and communication, while the vendor is responsible for shipping the product to you.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add products to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping and payment information to complete the order.
Shipping & Delivery
Who ships my order?
Each vendor is responsible for shipping the products you purchase from their store. Because of this, items from different vendors in the same order will be shipped separately.
How can I track my order?
Once a vendor ships your item, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information, which you can also find in your account's order history.
Why do my items have different shipping times and costs?
Shipping times and costs are set by each individual vendor based on their location, product, and chosen shipping partners.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Each vendor sets their own return policy. You can typically find this information on the product detail page. If you have an issue, you can contact our support team for assistance.
How do I initiate a return?
To return an item, please go to your order history in the "My Account" section and follow the instructions to start the return process with the vendor.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the vendor receives and approves your returned item, the refund will be processed. The time it takes to appear in your account can vary depending on your payment method.
